But first you need to make it right !!!!

  • Black tea , Herbal tea and Fruit tisanes are always made with boiling water.  Steeping time 4-5 minutes. 
  • Green, white and oolong tea:  NEVER add boiling water , temperature should be 80-90 degrees. Steeping time 2-3 minutes
  • One teaspoon for 150 ml water is correct measurement to get your perfect cup

Types of tea with benefits

Black tea

The most popularly consumed tea goes through oxidation which may give nutritional benefits that are not present in green tea . The antioxidants in black tea are different from green tea . Studies suggest that regular consumption of black tea can help in promoting heart health , maintaining blood pressure , diabetes( taken without sugar )!. 

Alkaloids, amino acids , carbohydrates are all present in black tea 

Green tea –

Green tea is touted to be one of the healthiest beverages on the planet.

It’s loaded with antioxidants that have many health benefits, which may include:

  • improved brain function
  • fat loss
  • protecting against cancer
  • lowering the risk of heart disease

Green tea contains a catechin called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Catechins are natural antioxidants that help prevent cell damage and provide other benefits.

These substances can reduce the formation of free radicals in the body, protecting cells and molecules from damage. These free radicals play a role in aging and many types of diseases.

Oolong tea –

A favourite among connoisseurs is often withered and rolled by hand . It has a lot of benefits.
